Airbnb and Booking.com do not charge to create a listing. Instead, they take a commission per booking, deducted automatically. Elsja Prop handles setup and ongoing management of each listing; the R150/platform/month management fee applies only to channels beyond Airbnb and is included in the Premium tier.
